“The Color of Care” Film Screening & Discussion

You are invited to participate in a private (virtual) screening of the Smithsonian Channel’s “The Color of Care,” followed by a post-discussion, hosted by the HPFEB DEIA Working Group, on September 8, 2022 12:00 – 2:00pm in Suite 7-214.

About “The Color of Care:” Produced by Oprah Winfrey,** directed by Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning director Yance Ford** and released in May 2022, “The Color of Care” outlines inequities in healthcare and disparities related to the delivery of healthcare, particularly related to the COVID 19 pandemic. Who is invited? Senior Federal agency leaders of any discipline will benefit, including healthcare, as well as staff who work to promote and advance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) in the federal government.

• We reserve the right to limit the number of participants per agency / location and to remove those who do not meet the required scope.
• Due to capacity, senior leaders and DEIA professionals will receive priority.
