Earth Week and National Volunteer Week for Federal Agencies – Initial Planning Meeting Jan 24, 2020

January 24 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm HST

Free
Please Save-the-Date! Help us celebrate EPA’s 50th Anniversary and Earth Week in 2020 through acts of service during National Volunteer Week. Meeting is January 24th from 1-2:30pm in PJKK Federal Building conference room 7214 For EPA’s 50th anniversary, EPA is inviting all federal partners to join us in planning a Hawaii version of National Volunteer Week. In 2020, Earth Week seamlessly overlaps with National Volunteer Week (April 19-25) and the EPA would like to work with your agency to help promote a variety of volunteer activities during this week. These activities will be planned across the Hawaiian Islands and designed for federal employee participation. Whether you want to engage your agency in service, direct more community attention to the work you already perform or want to start engaging, this is a great opportunity to authentically support and participate in civic engagement. Please RSVP for the January 24th planning meeting by emailing Asia Yeary at yeary.asia@epa.gov. Thank you!
