EEO & Conflict Resolution Training hosted by Blacks in Government Region IX and the Pacific Ocean Chapters

Region IX and the Pacific Ocean Chapter of Blacks In Government will offer a half day interactive training session on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) & Conflict Resolution. There will be three sessions with the topics of Miracles of Communication, Dealing with Bullies in the Workplace, and Mediation with local, regional, and national trainers. Please join us for this free training.
Blacks In Government (BIG) was organized in 1975 and incorporated as a non-profit organization under the District of Columbia jurisdiction in 1976. BIG has grown to over 160 chapters in 11 regions across the United States. BIG has been a national response to the need for African Americans in public service to organize around issues of mutual concern and use their collective strength to confront workplace and community issues. BIG’s goals are to promote EQUITY in all aspects of American life, EXCELLENCE in public service, and OPPORTUNITY for all Americans.
The Pacific Ocean Chapter of Blacks In Government serves as an advocacy voice and training organization for government employees in all sectors of government – federal, state, county, and city, and serves as an organization that provides community service.
