Featuring Deborah Hatch: This presenter brings 28 years of experience garnered from working as a Federal Benefits and Human Resources specialist within the Departments of Defense, Air Force and Veteran’s Affairs. In addition to her federal service, as a government contractor she has provided hundreds of retirement training sessions to countless federal employees in dozens of government agencies. Each session for FY23 is $45-48 per person.
Understanding Your Federal Retirement:
These sessions cover everything from eligibility to computation of your federal annuity. We discuss CSRS, FERS, FERS-RAE, FERS-FRAE and Special Provisions (LEOs/FFs/ATCs), military deposits, sick leave, high-3 average salary, age and length of service requirements, taxes, cost of living adjustments and much more. Social Security retirement eligibility and computation will be included. We’ll also discuss TSP (withdrawal options only). For new, mid-career and pre-retirement phases of employment.
