FEHB Wellness Webinar: Hypertension Explained

HMSA’s Health and Well-Being Educator will be hosting the next FEHB Wellness Webinar on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, 11-11:30 HST. The class will discuss: What’s hypertension? We’ll discuss what your blood pressure numbers mean and the health concerns you may have if they’re high. We’ll also talk about how y9ou can prevent high blood pressure or better control it.
