
Course Description
It is a big decision to transition from an individual contributor to a manager and leader. Leadership is a life-long pursuit and a great responsibility. It is ultimately a way of being and behaving that inspires others to pursue a vision of the future. Fortunately, with enough passion and dedication, anyone can develop leadership and management skills. This course will introduce the foundational principles and skills necessary to successfully begin the leadership journey.

He blends a diverse academic background in community, cultural, an organizational psychology with a practitioner’s orientation towards action and results. Jeff has been working in the organizational development field for 15 years and currently operates his own business, Jeff Berlin Consulting.
