The Office of Personnel Management’s Recruitment Policy and Outreach Team continues to assist thousands of job seekers, Federal employees, students and recent graduates, veterans, academic partners, professional and minority-serving organizations, and others through our virtual and in-person briefings and presentations. The goal of our no-cost sessions is to help individuals and groups gain a comprehensive understanding of Federal employment including an overview of the Federal hiring process, how to find and apply for Federal jobs on USAJOBS, writing a Federal résumé, interviewing techniques, Pathways Programs for students and recent graduates, special hiring authorities such as the use of Schedule A for individuals with disabilities, and related topics.
