Steven Merrill, the Special Agent in Charge at the FBI Honolulu Field Office, will present “Level 5 Leaders” – Personal strengths which have led even the unlikeliest candidates to great leadership successes.” This leadership presentation will highlight through brief case studies that leaders can come in various forms. For instance, “Level 5 leaders” (as referenced in “Good To Great” by Jim Collins) achieve great leadership success through their strengths, in addition to humility and their will. The case studies explore historical leaders, and highlights specific traits which led them to success as leaders.
