Help us celebrate Earth Day and EPA’s 50th anniversary in 2020 through acts of service during National Volunteer Week.

We are inviting all federal agencies to join in Hawaii’s version of National Volunteer Week. In 2020, Earth Week seamlessly overlaps with National Volunteer Week (April 19-25) and we would like to work with your agency to help promote a variety of volunteer activities during this week.
Whether you want to engage your agency in service, direct more community attention to the work you already perform or want to start engaging, this is a great opportunity to authentically support and participate in civic engagement.
Other important announcements:
It is not too late to sign up for the State of Hawaii Green Business Program (https://greenbusiness.hawaii.gov/). Governor Ige will recognize organizations during Earth Week 2020 and if your agency would like to fill out the office building check-list, Gail Suzuki-Jones can help answer any questions.
Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day and take action on the Aloha+ Sustainable Development Goals during the largest volunteer campaign in Hawai’i this April. Hundreds of organizations are involved. To learn more, please visit: https://www.kanuhawaii.org/campaigns/volunteer-week-hawaii/
